Hello and welcome!

My name is Stephanie Manfra, and I am a 20-year-old senior at the University of Florida. Let me tell you a little bit about myself...

I was born in Middletown, New Jersey, where I attended New Monmouth Elementary School. In July 1993, my family and I moved to Fallston, Maryland, where I remained until I graduated from Fallston High School in 1999.

After graduating from high school, I headed to Gainesville, Florida, where I spent my next two and a half years at UF. During the spring of my junior year, I studied abroad in Sydney, Australia with one of my best friends from high school, Kelly. We attended the University of New South Wales and lived in Coogee Beach.

Now, I'm back at UF, trying to make it through my last year as a journalism reporting major in the College of Journalism and Communications.

I live in a house fairly close to campus with my two best friends, Andrea and Sara. Andrea, originally from Miami, is currently in her first year of nursing school, and Sara, a Tampa native, is preparing to graduate in May with a degree in psychology.

My family is still in Maryland and is a very important part of my life. Although my mother's side of the family lives primarily in Southern California, my father's side is centered around the Baltimore area. Therefore, we are able to spend a great deal of time together and celebrate most of our holidays with one another.
