I've been swimming since I was about 8 years old. In high school, I was on the swim team during my sophomore & junior year. Swimming is great exercise because you are forced to use your entire body. Swimming can also be very relaxing after a long day.

My personal favorite is the backstroke. It's a very relaxing stroke that requires proper form, but once you get it down, it feels great. However, you must be careful. There have been countless times where I haven't been paying attention to how far I had swam down the length of the pool, and accidentaly hit my end on the lip of the pool.
