I had never been on a cruise
until last year when I had the chance to visit the Bahamas. In May I took another cruise to Key West and Mexico. This photo was actually
taken in Key West with our ship, the Ecstacy, behind me. I would one day like to take a cruise in the Mediterranean.
New Orleans is a very interesting city. Since I do not like to drink, the bars were not of much excitement to me. I did enjoy
observing the people who were drinking though. The city is nicely designed, but dirty. I've never seen so much trash on the streets. The food
was delicious. The meals are probably the only reason I would return to N'awlins.
This is me freezing my butt
off in New York City. It was about 8 degrees outside and the wind chill was below zero. I was in NY on New Year's Eve 1999 in the middle
of Times Square. It was awesome, but I'm glad I was there last year. I don't plan to be anywhere near New York City when the clock
strikes midnight on January 1, 2000.
