What Yoga Has Done for Me

I discovered yoga in the fall of 2010, and I have been hooked ever since. Its resorative and relaxing properties are essential, especially in our fast-paced, multi-tasking society. I practice yoga three to four times a week. The various poses and breathing techniques along with the meditations before and after a class, allow me to feel grounded and confident in all aspects of my life. The practice visibly strenghthens my body, improves my health, and balances my state of mind.
