delicious food

While in Roatan, I was told to use Spirit for air travel. A man in Roatan told me it was cheaper than most flights and I’m always one for a bargain. Airlines are one thing where you will get what you paid for but I’m willing to risk it- at least the first time.

One reason why I want to travel and see other parts of the world: the food! Below is a picture of a plate of local food in Belize: "chicken," fried plantains (my favorite!), beans and rice, fresh papaya, pineapple and watermelon with a little potato salad (something 'American').

While in Euope, I plan to stay in hostels. Hostels (despite the movie depiction) are often inexpensive and a great way to reach out and connect with other travelers.

Instead of advising an audience to try these things, I am suggesting that I will do them. When I have traveled and decided what is the best mode of travel and places to stay, I'll report back and vouch for my experiences!
