As a child, I wanted to be a book or text editor. I began college with this idea intact, but had expanded books into print media. After a few revelations, one of them being that books are published in the north, where it is COLD, I decided that print journalism was my new destination.

Unfortunately, copy editing jobs at newspapers and magazines do not typically materialize; people work from the bottom to the top, often starting by writing small pieces then slowly stepping up the ladder to be able to choose employment rather than scratch and claw for scraps.

With these goals in mind, I have constructed a resume (126 KB pdf) detailing my journalism experience coupled with my collegiate education.

But I must admit, I am not single-minded with direction for my future. For more information on my second idea for a career, check out my cooking page.
