You want some good vegan eats? Then you've come to the right place!

To make the perfect vegan truffles, you only need three ingredients: chocolate, powdered sugar and your topping of choice.

Yum!
  1. Gather your supplies. You will need a food processor (or blender), a saucepan, 12 onces (one bag) of chocolate chips, one cup powdered sugar and the topping you choose to roll your truffles in. You will also need a stove and a fridge.
  2. Melt all of the chocolate over low stove heat in the saucepan.
  3. Blend the melted chocolate with one cup of powdered sugar until all the sugar is absorbed and the texture is smooth and like pudding or mousse.
  4. Toss this mixture in the fridge for a few hours (the longer the better).
  5. After the mixture is pretty solid, spoon out it out into balls to be coated in more liquid chocolate (to create a hard shell) or rolled in your favorite topping.
  6. My favorite topping is a hard shell rolled in crushed almonds. Superb.
