Josh's Journeys

Josh has traveled to many foreign lands, which is always surprising, given strict customs regulations today.

He once spent six weeks in Germany, to the joy of the Germans, but to the dismay of his traveling companions, who spent most of the time getting drunk instead of finding deserted castles to explore.

Josh stayed in Mannheim, during which time the authorities had to repeatedly dissuade him from climbing the centuries old water tower in the city center.

He also traveled to Munich, the Black Forest, Vienna, and Berlin, and was very impressed with all of them. After he observed a canal where some adventurous spirits were surfing in Munich, he had to be forcibly restrained from doing cannonballs into the wild water. I am told he was content to purchase a copy of Moby Dick instead.
