A view of of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France.

Nightlife in Europe.

I've traveled a decent amount. From Lakeland, Florida (my hometown) to Madrid, Spain to Paris, France to Washington, D.C., to Dallas, Texas, to the great country of Canada, down to New York City, and back along the east coast to the sinking peninsula state home, Florida.

My favorite place that I have visited is Europe, although I only traveled through two countries: France and Spain. I went there through a high school program. None of my good friends or my family went, but I had a great time none-the-less. My favorite city was Paris, which is beautiful and hip in style. It is an enormous place with an endless amount of things to do. Seeing the Eiffel Tower light up at night is amazing.

My favorite city that I visited in Spain was a small town called Toledo. It lays on a hill off the bank of a prominent river. It is very different from Paris in almost every aspect. It is not modern or hip, but it is an aged town with uniqueness and antiquity. The roads are tiny and slant up and down between little buildings, packed tightly together. It is a beautiful sight.

Thinking of going to France or Spain? I have some tips for you.
