It's a small world after all...

One of my dreams is to set foot on every continent (well, maybe not Antarctica). I have done some traveling with my family and I really enjoy visiting new places and learning new cultures.

Here are some of my favorite places that I have been:

We visited Spain and England in the summer of 2007, right before my senior year of high school. It is probably the most amazing thing I have ever done. We went to the major cities, including Barcelona, Madrid and London, but my favorite place was this little town called Arcos de la Frontera in Spain. It had whitewashed buildings, narrow streets and almost no one who spoke English. I loved it, and I definitely plan on returning one day.

Costa Rica

Costa Rica was our destination in the summer of 2008. We spent about 10 days exploring the rainforests, volcanoes and waterfalls of this gorgeous country. As is the case in most of my vacations, one of my favorite parts was the food. Black beans and rice for breakfast every day, can you beat that?

This summer, we returned to one of my favorite cities – San Francisco. But this time, we also explored up the northern coast and Yosemite National Park. Even though the Pacific coast is completely different than what I’m used to, it was still incredible to see. The photo at the top of my site is just a glimpse into the beauty of the rugged coast.
