After two years of photography classes in high-school and four photojournalism classes at UF I know only one thing for sure and that is that there is so much more left for me to learn in the field and so much more I want to do as a photojournalist. I enjoy hearing a variety of opinions about a photograph or views on how it may fit into a photo story. Things I want to pursue as a photojournalist are compelling photo stories, growth of my vision and point of view as the objective, or slightly subjective observer, and also an issue photo story. I was recently assigned one in professor John Kaplan's class, Pulitzer-prize winner photojournalist. Although it presents a challenge for me right now, I believe I will become absorbed in it as I did with my previous photo stories.
