Yummy cake will take you home
The Day
The celebration started at midnight on Halloween. My friends and I had traveled to Jacksonville for the classic University of Florida vs University of Georgia football game. We dressed up in costumes (I was a pirate) and partied at The Landings, a popular hangout in downtown Jacksonville. We were in the restaurant Ruby Tuesday when it was officially my birthday. I stood up on a chair and my friends, and even stangers sitting near us, sang for me.

After a night of celebration at The Landings we went back to the hotel to rest up for a day of events to come. On the day of my birthday we all had tickets to the football game. We first went to Publix to buy subs and drinks to tailgate. We tailgated for about two hours before the game. Once the Florida Gators finished beating the Georgia Bulldogs (as expected) we went back to the hotel and got ready for dinner. My friends took me out to a Japanese steakhouse where we all enjoyed having a man play with fire inches from our faces. After dinner we drove out to the beach to enjoy the rest of the night.
