May 2003-August 2003: Reporting internship with NewsRadio 610 WIOD.
I was responsible for taking in feeds from reporters in the field, writing stories, editing sound and recording my voice for on-air reports.
May 2002-August 2002: Reporting internship with The Gainesville Sun;
Daybreak/feature section. I was given about two to three features stories at a time, each with a different deadline. I was able to write
on a variety of topics, including religion, sports and technology.
Dec 2000-March 2001: Reporter, The Gator Times independent student newspaper; feature and news sections. I wrote many kinds
of stories, including profiles, reviews and news.
