16 ounces frozen sliced peaches
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
750 milliliters champagne or sparkling wine
Cubed or crushed ice

Thaw peaches at room temperature but do not drain. Blend peaches, its juice and sugar with a blender or food processor until smooth. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart pitcher. Stir in orange juice and lemon or lime juice. To serve, slowly stir in champagne or sparkling wine and put over cubed or crushed ice.
