A Little About Me...

I am a senior at the University of Florida, majoring in Telecommunications-Production. I transferred to UF from Mercer Univeristy, where I played volleyball for two years and majored in Business.

I grew up in sunny Boynton Beach, FL. I attended Atlantic Community High School where I was very active in Student Government, Varsity Volleyball and the Marching Band and Orchestra. I was also very active in our campus's Christian Club, First Priority as well as my church's youth group.

My family still lives in Boynton Beach, and I love to visit them. I have one very cute nephew and hoping for a few more. My sister and brother are both married and living in Boynton as well.

I love to play volleyball, and really enjoy coaching it. I'm an outdoors girl when its warm, and I love to go biking and rollerblading. Presently I am taking a class in Skin Diving and Snorkeling (I needed a relaxing class) and I have to say that I enjoy it a lot!

This past year I have been volunteering with my church, Gator Christian Life, as a Sunday Service Director. I have really enjoyed this position because I have been able to incorporate video and my creative skills into many of our services. It has been exciting to see the what a little bit of work and creativity can do. This position has also made me realize that I would like to pursue a career in ministry doing something similar to what I am doing now.
