Spinach Wraps | Easy Mousse | Frozen Monkey Smoothie | Meringue Candies | Honey Mustard Chicken | Bolognese Sauce

Spinach Wraps


* 1 head of fresh spinach
* 2 pouches of quick-cooking white rice
* 1 1/4 cup shredded carrots (cooked or raw)
* 1 cup soy sauce
* 2 lbs. chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips
* 2 cups of 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
* 4 tbsp. honey
* 1 tbsp. Worstershire sauce
* 1/8 cup ketchup
* 1 lb. quartered cherry tomatoes


1) Saute chicken strips in oil until cooked

2) Set chicken aside; cover

3) In a small saucepan over low heat, combine: ketchup, honey, Worsterchire and soy sauce

4) Let sauce simmer and thicken

5) Add chicken and continue simmering until liquid is viscous

6) Prepare rice and set aside

7) Bring fresh water to a boil

8) Using tongs, dip spinach leaves into water for approx. 15-20 seconds

9) Dry leaves with a paper towel

10) Assemble wraps:
a) put rice in the middle of a leaf
b) put chicken, sauce and remaining ingredients on top
c) roll up lettuce like a burrito
