Spinach Wraps | Easy Mousse | Frozen Monkey Smoothie | Meringue Candies | Honey Mustard Chicken | Bolognese Sauce


Frozen Monkey Smoothies

Ingredients:


* 1/2 banana
* 1 cup ice
* 1 serving protein powder or wheat germ
* 4 tbsp. smoothie powder (optional)
* 8 tbsp. chocolate syrup



Procedure:

1) Cut banana into quarters

2) Toss all ingredients into a blender

3) Blend on a medium setting for at least 90 seconds

4) Add whipped topping (optional) and enjoy


Serves: 1
