Orlando's Mike Miller is still out with an injured ankle. Miller is expected to miss at least three more games. Miller provides a second scorer to complement Tracy McGrady. In the meantime, while Miller is out teams are going with smaller lineups in an effort to cause match-up problems for Orlando. The Magic are relying on Monty Williams, McGrady and Pat Garrity to cover the other teams' smaller players. Orlando also activated Dee Brown from the front office by signing him to a ten day contract. The Magic had explored the options of signing veteran Chris Mullin or Todd Day to a ten day contract. They ended up signing Brown to the contract because he is already familiar with the offense that Oralndo runs. Grant Hill is still rehabbing his foot and he is said to be progressing well.
