Favorites As Christopher Morely once said, "When you sell a man a book, you don't sell him twelve ounces of paper and ink and glue-you sell him a whole new life. Love and friendship and humor and ships at sea at night-there's all heaven and earth in a book." My favorite bookstore is Haslam's New and Used Bookstore in St. Pete. It's an entire city block, and you can buy both new and used books there. Since I collect old books, it's hard to pry me out of this store.

I spend more time searching the Internet than I do checking my e-mail, which is why my favorite search engine is Google. You can find almost anything with this engine.

Recently, I discovered a phenomenon called "blogging." Blogs are similar to journal entries, only they're on the Web for the public to read. I don't know when this originated, but Marie McBride, a friend from college, introduced me to the concept. Her site provides links to blogs of other friends from FSU, which really helps me keep in touch with them.
