My Father and I have been diving together for alomst seven years, diving off the coast of South Florida. I enjoy night diving and especially wreck diving. To me one of the closest experiences to flying is the initial dive into the ocean as you fall to the depths of the sea. The most fascinating ship wreck I've explored is the Hydro-Atlantic, which rests 180-feet below sea level. Click on the picture and find ways to become certified to scuba dive.
This picture was taken with my Mother while skiing in Breckenridge, Colorado. I started skiing when I was nine-years-old in Lake Taheo, Nevada. Since then I've been fortunate enough to ski a vast amount of different mountains. From the ice-packed runs in Killington, Vermont to Vail, Colorado. Other mountains I've trecked across include, Beaver Creek, Loveland, Keystone, Copper, Winter Park, A-Basin, Keystone and my favorite Steamboat. All of which I've crashed on more than a hundred times. Click on the picture an plan your next ski vacation.
This snap-shot was taken after taking a spill in the Arkansas River in Colorado. After experiencing class three and four rapids from 6AM to early in the evening, nothing was more satisfying than hot nachos and cold beer at the Backcountry Brewery in Frisco a small town outside of Breckenridge. |COOPER RIVER BRIDGE RUN
This 10K race takes place in Charleston, South Carolina and involves over 20,000 runners. In this particular race I came in 154th place in my age group, or it could have been 541st place, but I really don't remeber. I do remember waking up at 5AM to participate in the race and drinking so much water that half-way thru the race I had to steer myselft toward a restroom to relieve myself. I competed in the Cooper River Run in 1998 & 1999, finishing in under 45-minutes for both races. Click on the picture and register for your next race.
In the outdoors with my friend Mike Koenig at a favorite camp spot called, "Top of the World" in Estes Park, Colorado. Unfortunately on this evening we did not expect snow and the three of us had to pack ourselves into two-man tent. Not very comfortable. My enjoyment of the outdoors includes camping, hiking, mountain biking and canoenoing. Click on the picture and find some places to go camping.
