My Frequent Trips to the Beach

Beaches of the Florida Panhandle

Although I haven't traveled extensively, I doubt I will love any location more than I love the beaches of the Florida Panhandle. Whether it be Destin, Fort Walton or Mexico Beach, I always have a good time and love every minute of laying in the sand.

Panama City Beach

My view of the Gulf of Mexico on my last
vacation to Panama City Beach in July of 2012.

My favorite beach, however, would have to be Panama City Beach, Fla. Panama City offers miles of beautiful beaches and some of the best shopping in Northwest Florida.

One of the ultimate tourist traps of Florida, Panama City has a lot to offer in terms of the extended vacation. Visitors have their choice of high quality restaurants, shopping malls and just about anything else they can think of to fill their day. The city can be kid-friendly or not, depending on where you go and what you want to do. My favorite restaurant there is Capt. Anderson's . It overlooks the water and is an upscale seafood restaurant. Panama City Beach is a fun vacation spot for beach-lovers of all ages and I can't wait until I can get away from school to go again.
