I am a journalism major, minoring in History, at the University of Florida. Although I began my first semester at UF in the Fall of 2003 as a criminology and psychology double major, I quickly realized that these majors were not challenging enough for me. I wanted something that would challenge me, teach me almost more that I could handle, and a major where I could develop my passion for expressing my thoughts on paper.During my Spring semester of 2004(my freshman year), I opened up my UF Catalog, and chose journalism as my next path. It was a risk I took that could have been a hit or miss situation, but I am glad it was a bull's eye.
Even though I had no initial idea of what I wanted to study as an undergraduate, I always knew I wanted to someday attend law school. My passion for the field of law and aspirations to attend law school next Fall semester continue to flourish. As for now, I am continuing to work hard at learning as much as I can before I graduate because it is a tough world out their.
