They're better . . . for everyone!
I became a vegetarian in 1999, and have determined that the benefits are endless.
Sometimes, this can be a hassle when you consider my restaurant menu options. One would
be surprised how creative you can become- ordering pasta without the meat, creating a meal
out of side items, etc. Right when I want to become discouraged, I remember my cause!
I elect to live this lifestyle primarily in respect for animal rights,but it has always been
a wise choice for the health-conscious. Cleaner arteries, lower calories, less cholesterol-
just keep an eye on your protein intake! Check out the vegetarian food pyramid
to make sure you do it right. There are several easy-to-make,
delicious meals that do not involve harming animals!
