Our main stop in Germany was Munich. It was a bustling city with a rustic courtyard. Oh yeah, those beer garden places are awesome if you ever get the chance to go to one.
This is a picture of the Glockenspiel. Every hour, on the hour, it chimes and little characters on it come to life. They re-enact the Black Death. Fortunately, it isn't too convincing.
This is a picture of a memorial at the Dauchau concentration camp. The statue is made up of sculpted skeletons clinging together. It was a surreal experience that shows that the past is always with us. The gas chamber and cremation rooms are still intact.
