While it was nice to be temporarily immersed in other cultures and different languages, it was good to get to England and hear nothing but people speaking English everywhere.
This is me in front of Parliament and Big Ben. Unfortunately, I didn't get up close and personal with Parliament. My roommate Jennifer and I spent most of the day getting tickets to a musical and finding this really awesome Japanese restaurant.
On our last day in England we went to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham palace. It was awesome. There were a ton of people there, even Boy Scout troops. Some people in our group even got the Queen on videotape!
