Does it get any better?

Movies I like

Hood Trip

Alright. Now we have come to a subject that is very near and dear to my heart. Movies. That's right. Seeing movies is probably one of my most favorite things to do. I'm shedding a tear on the keyboard right now as I think of all the good times I've had seeing flicks.

I also worked at a movie theater for two years and I got to see alot of free ones. I am also now completely repulsed by popcorn. I guess seeing how it's made will do that to you. No further comment.

So let me give you the run down of some of my favorite movies. I think that the easiest way to do this, since I like so many flicks it would be hard to name them all on one page, is to list a few of my favorite directors/writers because they have all done a few movies that I have enjoyed.

Kevin Smith

Jay and Silent Bob

The widely acclaimed director of such flicks as, Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma and most recently Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back(highly recommended). He is one of the most bad-ass director/writers out there.
His movies are funny and usually have a pretty good message too. If you haven't seen any of his movies, then run, don't walk, to your nearest Blockbuster to pick one up and be grossly overcharged. If you want to learn more about his company View Askew Films then go to the website.Snoogans.

The Coen Brothers

The Dude and WalterThese guys are the crafty ones behind The Big Lebowski, Raising Arizona, and Fargo. They bring a unique writing ability to their screen plays and have got more cool lines then you can shake the proverbial stick at.

The Big Lebowski is without a doubt one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time. How can you not like the Dude. Check out this site devoted to the flick and you can download the trailer and get a brief synopsis of the Big Lebowski if you haven't ever seen it.

Quentin Tarantino

Vincent and JulesOK. This guy kicks ass. He has done such films as Reservoir Dogs, Jackie Brown and most importantly Pulp Fiction. Pulp Fiction is probably my favorite movie.

When it first came out in 1994 I snuck out to see it with my friends and I was blown away. Everything about the movie impressed me and still does. But don't take my word for it. Go out and visit this Pulp Fiction site. You can download some sounds and pics.

There is probably a million directors and films out there that I haven't covered or even seen that are good. So no offense if your favorite movie isn't on here. You just suck. Relax, I gotta conserve disk space.
