Lemon Chicken

  • 2 lemons
  • thin cut chicken breast
  • sliced onions
  • some ground pepper
  • olive oil
  • white wine vinegar
  • garlic and oregano mixed seasonings
  • White rice and black beans

First start the rice and beans. You should know how to cook this. Follow the instructions. By the time the rice is cooked, the chicken will be done too.

To marinate the chicken, squeeze all the lemon juice on it, then add the pepper and garlic spices and finally add the onion. Pour a little bit of the vinegar in it for some more flavor

Cook this in pan with a little bit of olive oil. Put the stove on high. It tastes best when the onions and the chicken get a little brown. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to cook.

Serve with rice and beans.

  • half cup of diced onions per chicken breast
  • ground pepper

  • fresh basil for garnish
  • balsamic vinegar

First start the rice. Follow the instructions on the box. The chicken will be done by the time the rice is.
