Appearance: Reddish-copper in color with a semi-sticky cream colored lace that retains pretty well.

Smell: Faint malt, light cooked corn and subdued leaf-like hop aromas meet the nose.

Taste: Crisp and dry malt mouthfeel of grain and a touch of husk, faintly light hop flavor and a residual sweetness hit in the middle and let through a very light bitterness. The aftertaste lingers with leftover residual dextrins and leaves the mouth feeling clean.

Notes: When drinking Mexican beer, eat Mexican food. One of the best lagers to be imported from Mexico. A personal favorite when eating Mexican cuisine. Somewhat expensive for a student on a tight budget, but well worth the extra bucks when dining at a nice restaurant.
