In the summer of 2005, my best friend and I went back-packing through Europe. It was certainly an experience I will never forget.

We visited London, Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona. We stayed in hostels and traveled by train, bus and air.

If I had to pick a favorite, it would have been Barcelona for its mix of culture and leisure. I have future plans to study abroad somewhere in Spain next year.
