Shane Staten is a first-year graduate student in mass communication studies. He currently works for WLUF-TV in Gainesville and is a teaching assistant at the University of Florida. His film background includes two introductory courses at UF. He received a B+ in one course and an A in the other. He has also seen many movies outside of the classroom.
