MY VERY FIRST HOME PAGE!!

My name is Marc Andrew Kaplan and I am a first year graduate student here at the University of Florida. I am going for a Masters Degree in Mass Communications, specializing in Public Relations and Internet Communications (This is not an actual program at UF, but I plan on taking as many web development and Internet classes as possible while I am here. Plus it sounds COOL to say!).

I am originally from New City, NY (a medium sized city about 25 miles northwest of New York City). After graduating from high school I went to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. While I was there I received a BA in Political Science and had a really great time in the process.

After graduating from FAU I started the arduous task of finding a job. After ONLY 6 months I landed a public relations job with SCHOLASTIC INC.
