Mild Musings:

I've played the guitar for roughly six years. I own one steel string Gibson EC-10 (shown), one classical guitar and one Gibson Les Paul Standard. I'm self-taught, and play mostly for leisure. I was employed by an organization called Farm and Wilderness during the summer of 2003 where I taught guitar and rockstar charisma to 14 year old girls.
Ah, the capabilities of the mighty African djembe. The jembe, notorious for its wholesome bass and high-pitched claps has been a great addition to my musical exploration. I use it not only as an insturment of percussion, but also an instrument of melody. rrratTatTATBOM The drum is an essential piece at any crazy music-makin' gathering. That is, AT LEAST one drum.
The synthesizer is my most recent addition to my collection of musical instruments. I've lately become obsessed with electronic music and have had my eye on a good vintage synth for a while. I picked up this Korg in Northampton, Massachusetts over the summer while I was on a day off. I'm happy with the investment, but am still learning the basics of the instrument.
