Shands Rehab Center at Medical Plaza
2000 SW Archer Road

• Days: Monday-Friday
• Training Session Times: 5:30am, 6:00am

Shands 6th Floor Gym, Room 6209
1600 SW Archer Road

• Days: Monday-Friday
• Training Session Times: 5:30am, 6:00am, 6:30am, 7:00am, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm

*Note: Once you select a time slot to attend, this time slot must be maintained, as there are only 10 positions available per exercise session.

Cost

The cost for the Fitness Express program is $35 per month for a 6-month membership or $40 per month with a month to month membership. The Fitness Express fees are payroll deductable for Shands employees ONLY.
