This website is an overview of women in sports. Now more then ever before women are excelling in athletics.
They are thriving on all levels and in all sports fields. The number of girls high school sports is increasing rapidly. The same is true at the college level. Most universities are giving women more resources and better facilities. All the studies, all the statistics, and all the signs say the same thing: There has never been a better time to be a female athlete. The increasingly high level of play in U.S.
women's high school and college sports has caused the creation of women's professional teams. Women are participating in pro-baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, golf, soccer and more.
