In the past year I've visited France, Spain, Guatemala, and Jamaica. I did a lot of standard tourist stuff. But I also took time to do things that seemed a little strange. Things outside my guide book. Things few Americans can do in the States.

I made this website because I love traveling (and also so that I wouldn't fail MMC3260), and I love being able to say that I've been on a macadamia nut farm, swum under a waterfall near ancient Spanish ruins, met cyclists under the Eiffel Tour, seen Opera performed in a fountain...

All of which I've only seen because I choose to travel less ordinary.
