• News Editor: Oversee six university reporters aiding in editing, story content and writing improvement.
• Freelance Editor: Assign and edit news and feature stories of more than 30 freelance writers.
• Administration Beat Reporter: Covered the decisions, meetings and responsibilities of UF's executive staff

• Worked as a general assignment reporter in a 10-week internship program
• Wrote stories involving county government, city ordinances and news features for the Seminole County bureau.

• Work seasonally as an editorial clerk compiling obituaries, cop logs, answering phones and distributing press releases.

• Three year correspondent earning the Rave correspondent scholarship.

• Speaking, reading and writing fluency in Spanish.
• Trained and efficient in CCI NewsDesk, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Programs.
