Lemon Chicken
First start the rice and beans. You should know how to cook this. Follow the instructions. By the time the rice is cooked, the chicken will be done too. To marinate the chicken, squeeze all the lemon juice on it, then add the pepper and garlic spices and finally add the onion. Pour a little bit of the vinegar in it for some more flavor Cook this in pan with a little bit of olive oil. Put the stove on high. It tastes best when the onions and the chicken get a little brown. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to cook. Serve with rice and beans. Lime Chicken
First start the rice. Follow the instructions on the box. The chicken will be done by the time the rice is. Chunk the chicken and marinate with the lime juice, onions and seasonings. Then add some balsamic vinegar. You don't want to overdue it, but just add enough to change the color of the marinade a little bit. Cook this in a pan on high. Cook until chicken is cooked. Most of the juice will cook off. Don't brown the chicken. Serve on top of rice Chicken Parmesan
Start spaghetti. Bread chicken. Fry chicken. Heat up spaghetti sauce. Heat up garlic bread. When chicken is done, put some sauce on it, with a bunch of mozzarella cheese. Add some spaghetti to the plate with a piece of garlic bread. Viola!
