Hobbies
Hobbies. In fourth grade, I would have said reading, playing four-square and drawing. Today, I don't have many hobbies in the traditional sense but here are a few ways I spend my time.
Social media.
I really do spend time on Facebook and Twitter.
Blogging.
I love my Google Reader. I subscribe to many blogs that inspire me or make me laugh daily. I also like to blog myself. See the About page for a link to my blogs.
Spending time with friends.
My friends and I go out for ice cream, attend Gator football games, watch movies, dine out occasionally, and laugh daily.
Reading.
I love books. I used to read more when I was younger. My parents would actually tell me I couldn't read until after I finished my homework.
Writing.
I love being a journalism student and I can't wait to start my career. I think the pen is a powerful instrument and that giving a voice to the voiceless is a noble calling. Along with articles for different publications, I keep a journal where I reflect and gossip within the blank pages.
