Greetings!

Berlin - May 2009

I'm Michelle Harris, a quirky, fast-paced, and passionate student at the University of Florida. I am currently in my third year as a Journalism and Women's Studies double major, and I absolutely love all that is Gainesville.

My goal after college is to work for a non-profit women's rights organization using my online media and research skills along with my knowledge of diverse women's issues. I am a resourseful and energized activist, with experience in community outreach and event organization. I put my full effort into my work by nature, and I hope to channel that energy into community and humanitarian assistance.

My interests and projects vary from mastering the German language to learning how to become self-sufficient enough to live off the grid, but my most valued activities are deep discussion and critical analysis of current issues.
