Nassau waters

I've done a lot of traveling in my life, though, most of it has been within the borders of the United States.

Growing up, my two brothers, Will and Steve, were avid competitive sailors. They would always be competing in regattas throughout the country, specifically the east coast of the United States. So, as a kid, I always found myself traveling long car trips with my family while my brothers would be sailing.

We traveled everywhere, from all sorts of Florida destinations, such as Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa, to as far north as Boston, Mass.

My grandparents also had a summer home in New Hampshire that we would travel to often growing up. However, my favorite traveling experiences had to have been for the weddings of both of my brother's. My brother, Steve, got married in Louisville, Ky., which was an amazing trip in autumn, and the weather was perfect.

My oldest brother, Will, got married in the Bahamas in Nassau. We all spent about a week down there, and it was great. The atmosphere was incredibly laid-back, the freshest seafood I've ever had and the clearest waters I have ever seen.
