This page is all about my travels around the world. I have been to many places in my 20 years of life. Here I will list a few of the best.
The Florida Keys
My grandparents on my mother's side live in South Florida. They have a house in Hollywood, Fla., and also have a weekend house in Islamorada, Fla.
Every summer, my family goes to visit my grandparents for a week or more. The picture above was taken just over four years ago when we visited them. The photo is of all of my brothers and sisters with my grandmother, after we had lunch at the Islamorada Fish Company.
Cuernavaca, Mexico
During the summer between my junior and senior years in high school, I spent a month studying abroad at a college exchange program in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Cuernavaca is located just outside of Mexico city and is a beautiful, fairly wealthy city.
The picture above is taken from the top of the "Pyramido de la Luna," or Pyramid of the Moon. This is an ancient native ruin that we visited during our time in Mexico. In the background to the left side is the "Pyramido del Sol," or the Pyramid of the Sun.
New Hampshire
During my 7th grade year, I attended a boarding school in New Hampshire. While there, we went on many famous hikes and mountains, including the highest peak in the Appalachian Mountains, Mount Washington.
The picture above is from a hike we made to see the "Man on the Mountain." The rocks seemingly form the face of a man when viewed from a certain angle. It has since fallen, but it was a sight to behold when it still existed.
