My Bio

Born and raised only 72 miles northeast of the University of Florida, Ngozi Chuku is a Jacksonville native, who has always been an avid Gator fan. Ms.Chuku is such a fanatic that at the end of her eighth grade year she was voted as having the "most spirit" for wearing her orange and blue Gator gear every Friday in support of Gator Football. In July of 2006 she embarked on her collegiate career at the university, and in May of 2010 she will graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations and a concentration in Spanish.

During her time at UF she has had the opportunity to mentor middle school students, recruit incoming students to apply for Southern Scholarship Foundation Housing and coordinate donations for Gatormania 2009 as the event’s sponsorship director. This past spring she participated in the Bob Graham Center's Inaugural Tallahassee Internship Program with nine other promising UF students. This internship afforded her the opportunity to work in Gov. Charlie Crist's Communications Office, as well as, meet and network with other state officials and attend weekly seminars taught by state Sen. Mike Haridopolos.
