Some Extra Tidbits
Well, let's see... on September 26 I took the Law School Admissions Test; no further comment. I'm an African-American female who was raised by a single mom who instilled a sense of motivation within me. I am forever grateful for the many lessons she's taught me because without it, I wouldn't be a UF student. It's great to be a Florida Gator and everyone in the country knows it. The Gator Nation is everywhere so watch out!
I'm currently enrolled in Communications on The Internet, a web building course that is teaching me the basics of xhtml, and I'm loving every bit of it.
This past September I was selected as a member of UF's Bateman Team, a PR team of five students who will research, plan and implement a "live" campaign for the Census Bureau. This experience will afford me the opportunity to use the skills I've gained in class for a real-world client. Just this past Friday our team, along with our advisor Professor Deanna Pelfrey, attended a full day of meetings with Disney executives to help brainstorm for our project.
