Thanks for stopping by my place on the Web. It is a lot like my place off the Web, but there is a little more leg room here among the xhtml. Pull up a chair and make yourself at home. Feel free to poke around.
After earning my BS in journalism in 2004, I continued my work as a Technical Writer but moved to a new company. Four years in the real world, one semester teaching MMC2100 as an adjunct and a very convincing lunch with two UF professors inspired me to come back to school to work on my Master's degree.
So here I am, back into the world of academia. I'm studying journalism with an emphasis on technology. Again, I'm teaching a lab section of MMC2100, Writing for Mass Communication. The course includes an introduction to writing news stories, press releases and advertisements. My students are majoring in journalism, public relations and advertising.
Lately, it seems like I spend my every waking hour (and several of my sleeping hours) thinking about school, I do have some interests outside my studies. If you are looking for a Technical Writer, I have the skills you need. See my Resume page for more information. Check out the Hobbies tab to see the things I like to do in my (infrequent) spare time.
